Food Safety & Quality Assurance

At Everspring Farms we strive to provide safe, high quality food products. To this end, we have developed a comprehensive food safety plan based on sound science, regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure that we go above and beyond to provide safe, quality food for our customers.


All aspects of production are closely monitored by our expericed staff and all seeds lots are tested at an accredited 3rd party lab to ensure the finished product meets our microbiological specifications. We also conduct ongoing testing in our internal lab in order to consistently monitor food safety parameters.


We regularly review our procedures and food safety performance for ways in which we can improve. Using quality ingredients, specially designed equipment and extensive product testing we are confident that our products are of the highest quality and safe for all of our customers to enjoy!


Our 75,000 sq ft facility is a dedicated gluten free, dairy free and nut free facility. All production involving wheat and other gluten containing seeds takes place in a separate dedicated facility to avoid any cross contamination.

We are BRC, Organic and Kosher certified for both facilities. BRC is a GFSI recognized food safety system.
